Budgets and trends

Track monthly limits, recurring bills, income, expense patterns, and safe-to-spend signals without connecting live bank accounts.

Your backup, your timing

Export CSV for spreadsheets or JSON for local backup. Files are created only when you choose to create them.

Privacy is the product boundary.

Pro Money Manager is local-first by design. It avoids tracking, bank aggregation, cloud sync, advertising, and analytics SDKs.

No tracking stack

No analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, third-party account aggregation, or cloud sync.

User-controlled export

Backup and CSV files are created through explicit actions, then controlled by you through iOS sharing and file storage.

Pro Money Manager is designed as a private, local-first personal finance app.

Data Collection

Pro Money Manager does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data. The app does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party account aggregation, or cloud sync.

Data Stored on Device

The app stores finance records you create or import, including accounts, categories, budgets, merchant rules, imported transaction text, and backup or export history. This data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

Imported PDF, CSV, spreadsheet, and pasted message content is processed on device. The app does not upload these files or their contents to a server.

Exports and Backups

You may choose to export CSV or JSON backup files. Exported files are created only after you request them and are controlled by you through iOS sharing and file storage features.

Tracking

Pro Money Manager does not track you across apps or websites.
